The Products
All our organic milk and cream comes from Ivy House Farm.
They supply us with unhomogenised milk (with top-of-the-milk, like it always used to be) available as whole, semi-skimmed or skimmed.
Because the milk is delivered very fresh, the sell-by dates are much longer than normal milk. |

The Cows
The cows are milked twice a day, in a Herringbone Parlour. It can milk 16 cows at once, and it takes about five minutes for each cow to give her milk. The cows enjoy milking time, it is a natural process. They are fed organic cow feed while they are being milked, each cow gives between 5 and 15 litres per milking. |

Organic
"After 15 years of intensive farming we personally felt that we would be better suited to sustainable farming systems. The land around us has shown it was the right move, we have more wildlife than ever before and our stock are definitely healthier". |
