Cornish Charcuterie is an award-winning artisan producer of British charcuterie, pâtés & rillettes made from home reared British Lop pigs.Due to our stand on good animal husbandry (see blog), we have had to search for alternatives to our salamis (good result: see Capreolus) and pâtés. We have been very fortunate to find Cornish Charcuterie who produce a range of pâtés (should they have accents? They are not French) that are exceptionally delicious. They are winners of numerous awards and are made in Norton Barton Artisan Food Village.

Cornish Charcuterie is an award-winning artisan producer of British Charcuterie founded by Richard and Fionagh Harding. Originally planning to move to a small farm with a few acres, they ended up falling in love with 350-acre farm Norton Barton, which needed a business to make it work. Cornish Charcuterie was born in 2011 and supplies an award-winning range of both soft and hard British Charcuterie.
The products have continued to receive critical acclaim since the company began, with awards in both the Taste of the West and Great Taste Awards. |
